BasketballPaisley – Booking Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all bookings and subscriptions for classes run by Basketball Paisley ("the Club") via the Class4Kids platform.

1.2. By enrolling in our sessions, you confirm that you accept and agree to abide by these Terms.

1.3. BasketballPaisley reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through Class4Kids.

2. Bookings and Payments

2.1. All class bookings must be made through our approved booking system: Class4Kids.

2.2. BasketballPaisley operates a subscription-based payment model, with payments automatically withdrawn on the 1st of every month.

2.3. Your subscription guarantees a place in your selected class each week during active terms.

2.4. Full payment must be processed via Class4Kids before each new month begins to maintain your place.

2.5. If you join a class before the monthly subscription payment window (i.e. before the 1st of the month), there will be a £6 charge per class before the subscription begins.

3. Subscription Cancellation Policy

3.1. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must provide at least 7 days’ notice before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for the following month.

3.2. Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice may result in the next monthly payment being processed.

3.3. Once a monthly payment has been processed, no refunds will be given, unless under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Club.

4. Non-Attendance Policy

4.1. If a participant is absent from classes for four (4) consecutive weeks without prior notice or communication, the Club reserves the right to remove them from the program and cancel the subscription.

5. Missed Classes & Refunds

5.1. Missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or personal reasons are non-refundable and cannot be carried forward.

5.2. If BasketballPaisley cancels a session (e.g. due to facility issues), a refund will be offered.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1. All participants, parents, coaches and volunteers are expected to behave respectfully and follow the clubs code of conduct available from all coaches.

7. Health & Safety

7.1. By participating, you confirm that the participant is medically fit for physical activity.

7.2. All relevant medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of registration and updated as required.

8. Photography & Media

8.1. Photographs and videos may be taken during sessions for promotional use (e.g. website, social media).

8.2. If you do not wish for the participant to appear in such media, you should choose to opt-out via Class4Kids.
